OFFICIAL RULES – 88 Acres “JetBlue” Contest
The following Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the 88 Acres “JetBlue” Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by 88 Acres Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at Suite 519, 119-129 Braintree Street, Allston, MA 02134 (“88 Acres” or the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. To be eligible to enter, you must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Only residents of the United States are eligible to enter. Employees of 88 Acres are not eligible to enter. This Contest is void where prohibited.
By participating in the Contest, entrant represents and warrants that he/she has read and understood, and fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts, these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter
No purchase is required to enter or win the Contest by simply entering email address on 88acres.com/jetblue.
Winner Selection
The Contest begins March 1, 2020 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on March 1, 2026 at midnight local time zone (the “Contest Period”).
Winners are those entrants who are randomly selected from a drawing of entrants. The drawings will take place every year during the Contest Period. All winners will be notified by email and all winners may claim the prizes by emailing 88 Acres at hello@88Acres.com. 88 Acres hereby limits one prize per participant. For a statement of identification of the winners in the Contest, send a self- addressed, stamped envelope, making a request to receive such information, to: “88 Acres Contest Winner List Request – Suite 519, 119-129 Braintree Street, Allston, MA 02134” requests must be received by March 31, 2023

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded or not awarded shall be resolved solely individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the federal and state courts of the county of Boston, MA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
88 Acres reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if any problem prevents the Contest from being conducted as planned.
By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to release and hold 88 Acres harmless from and against any claim associated with the Contest.
88 Acres is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical errors or anything that may prevent the Contest from being conducted as planned.
