These banana bites are everything you want in a summer snack. Made with just three ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes, they’re perfect straight from the freezer for hot afternoons, dessert, or anytime snacking
What you’ll need:
(makes about 30 bites)
3 ripe bananas
88 Acres Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter
88 Acres Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Seed’nola
How it’s done:
1. Slice bananas into ¼-inch coins.
2. Spread a small amount of seed butter onto half of the banana slices.
3. Top with the remaining slices to form little banana “sandwiches.”
4. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes, until set.
5. Dip the top of each sandwich in more seed butter, then sprinkle with Seed’nola.
6. Return to the freezer for another 15–20 minutes.
To Serve:
Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from the tray.
