What you’ll need:
- Cooked & cooled rice noodles

Shredded cabbage, carrot, broccoli, cucumber matchsticks

Fresh cilantro + lime for topping
Thai-Inspired No-Peanut Sauce (makes 2 servings):
- 2 tbsp 88 Acres Sunflower Seed Butter

1.5 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

Juice of ½ a small orange

Garlic powder + ginger powder (start with ¼ tsp each)

Chili flakes to taste
How it’s done:

Whisk the sauce ingredients together until smooth

Add a few spoonfuls of sauce to the bottom of a jar or container
