This rich, chocolatey nice cream is made with just 3 simple ingredients. Enjoy straight out of the blender in a creamy soft serve, or store it in the freezer for a firmer, scoopable ice cream! We love adding a handful of spinach to ours for added health benefits or sprinkling with cacao nibs and a drizzle of extra seed butter.
Total Time: 5 Minutes
- 3 large bananas – peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk of choice – just enough to help the ice cream blend
- Add all ingredients to the blender, starting with 1/3 cup milk. If the mixture isn’t smoothly blending, slowly add in a little more milk at a time until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop out and divide into bowls, or store in an airtight container in the freezer. For a scoopable ice cream, thaw for about 20-30 minutes before serving.
