1. Strawberry Swirl

What's better than toast smothered in Seed Butter? Toast smothered in two kinds of Seed Butter! This slice starts with Pumpkin Seed Butter and Vanilla Spiced Sunflower Seed Butter and then brings it up one more notch with the addition of dried strawberries, adding a tangy flavor and chewy texture that complements the creamy butters and banana perfectly.

2. Sweet Potato Stack

This toast right here is not messing around. Crisp your slice until it's 'well-done' to accommodate all these awesome layers. Spread mashed cinnamon sweet potato all over, then add a layer of yogurt (don't worry if it starts to run down the sides). Top with banana coins and a crumbled Ginger Apple Seed Bar for an epic breakfast that will keep you satisfied until lunch.

3. Yogurt Masterpiece

There's a slice of toast under there somewhere, promise! This creation starts with sprouted sourdough bread, toasted 'extra-crispy' to hold up all these luscious toppings. Next, vanilla yogurt is piled on with a big swirl of Vanilla Spiced Sunflower Seed Butter. Sprinkle on some chocolate dipped chia seeds and then top it off with juicy fresh blueberries. Yum!

Why chop your fruit when you can roast the whole thing? To achieve this texture and color, dust a thick slice of pear with cinnamon (and collagen if you're into that) and pan roast it with a bit of ghee. Lay it in the pan and leave it alone for 2-3 minutes so it has a chance to create a caramelized crust. This would also work great with an apple or banana. Rest it on top of a crispy slice of bread topped with a generous smear of Vanilla Spiced Sunflower Seed Butter and dots of yogurt (or yogurt alternative).
