Chocolate Banana Sushi (Vegan & Nut-Free)

This recipe works well with any flavor of Seed Butter and any flavor of Seednola, so choose your favorites or mix-and-match.

Peel each banana, but leave whole. Place on a cutting board or clean plate. 

Carefully spread 2 tablespoons of seed butter (more or less depending on the size of your banana) on the top side of each fruit. 

Sprinkle Seednola generously on top of each banana, pressing into the seed butter gently. 

With a sharp knife, slice each banana into 1/2 inch rounds. Use chopsticks or your hands to enjoy.
