Smooth and silky chocolate fudge like you’ve never had before, made with good-for-you ingredients.
Warm off the stove, this chocolate sauce is ideal for drizzling on fresh fruit or ice cream. Right from the fridge and a little bit thicker, the texture is perfect for piping onto cakes or enjoying straight off the spoon.
- 1/2 cup 88 acres Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Place seed butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt in a heatproof bowl. Heat milk in a saucepan until just simmering (Tip: add a tablespoon of water to milk so it doesn’t bubble over.)
Slowly stream hot milk into chocolate mixture, whisking constantly. Whisk until all milk is incorporated and sauce is smooth.
Continue whisking while adding each piece of butter in, until fully melted and combined.
Drizzle on fruit or ice cream (especially yummy with vanilla or coffee flavors) and enjoy!
