Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons 88 Acres Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1/4 cup oat flour (or 1:1 gluten-free all purpose flour)
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin or other similar-sized baking dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together the light brown sugar, sunflower oil, Seed Butter, flour, milk, and chocolate chips, if using. Mix until just combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared ramekin and spread it out to the edges.
Bake for 20-23 minutes, or until the middle feels firm and the top of the brownie has darkened a bit. Let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
Serve the brownie slightly warm with either whipped cream, your favourite ice cream, or even a dollop of vanilla yogurt! Drizzling more Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter over the top wouldn’t hurt, either.
