Green Goddess Pasta Salad

Two ingredients for a flavorful, healthy, and diverse pasta salad might sound crazy, but that’s the magic of our Green Goddess Dressing. You can use it in the same way you would use pesto — simply drizzle, toss and voila! But, the most amazing benefit of using our Green Goddess Dressing as a pasta sauce is all the plant-based protein, healthy fats, and iron you’re adding to what would normally be just a carb-heavy dish. That sounds like a complete meal to us, but you can also serve it as a side.

  Green Goddess pasta salad


  • 1 pound pasta (we used Casarecce, but any kind will work)
  • 1 cup Green Goddess Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)


Boil a large pot of water with a small handful of salt to the point where the water tastes like the ocean. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes.

Drain pasta and return it to the pot.

Add Green Goddess Dressing and mix well, adding a bit of olive oil to loosen it up if necessary. Let cool to room temperature, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs, if desired.
