This recipe uses parsley and chives as the leading herbs, but you can use any of your favorites - cilantro, scallions, and dill all work wonderfully in this recipe.
- 1/2 cup 88 Acres Watermelon Seed Butter Unsweetened
- Water to thin
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Whisk the Watermelon Seed Butter and water in a medium-size bowl until the mixture is smooth and thinned to your liking.
Add the garlic, herbs, and lemon juice to the bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
