Enjoy this sweet (but not too sweet) caramel straight out of the mason jar on a spoon, or if you have the patience to get the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer, it also makes a killer dessert topping.
8-10 Medjool dates
4 tablespoons Vanilla Spiced Sunflower Seed Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sea salt
1-3 tablespoons milk of choice
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth scraping down the sides often. That’s it. We weren’t kidding. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
